Job Title: Part Time Accounts Assistant
Location: Dublin 14
Contract Type: 6 Month Contract
The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly management information. Key responsibilities include supporting the accounts payable process, maintenance of purchase ledger and resolution of any disputes.
About the Role:
* Assist in the preparation of accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly management information.
* Support the Accounts payable process including purchase order processing, processing of invoices and monthly payment runs.
* Maintenance of purchase ledger including reconciliation of supplier statements and resolution of any disputes in a timely manner.
* Support the preparation of audit file at year end and providing information to auditors as required.
* Assist the Finance team with ad hoc reporting requirements.
* Support the delivery of weekly and monthly payroll as needed.
* Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by the line manager as this role evolves.
Your Qualifications:
* 2-3 years experience working in a similar role is required.
* Experience working with SAGE and MicroPay is necessary.
* Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities is crucial.
Required Skills: SAGE, MicroPay, Ipass qualified
We estimate the salary for this position to be around €25,000 - €35,000 per annum based on industry standards for a part-time account assistant in Dublin.
