About The Role
We are looking for a Head of Quality & Compliance to join us and lead our commitment to quality.
This role is a newly created senior role accountable for overseeing the quality and standards of delivery of retrofit upgrades, and for embedding the right compliance and continuous improvement culture in our business, and in those of our partners.
It will span across all retrofit upgrade programmes managed by AgilityEco and is part of the Director of Operations' leadership team.
Founded in 2013, AgilityEco is a recognised sector leader in low carbon, energy efficiency and fuel poverty.
The business delivers innovative services to give support to vulnerable households whilst helping utility companies to fulfil their social and environmental obligations.
Clients include many of the major energy supply companies, network operators, Local Authorities, social housing providers and industry supply chain partners.
Quality of delivery and assuring good outcomes for households on behalf of funders is essential for the success of the business and AgilityEco is investing in making sure that we have dedicated, highly expert in-house resource to support our installer partners, and to oversee the quality of work that we deliver.
The Head of Quality & Compliance will lead a team responsible for developing the AgilityEco Quality Management and PAS2035 framework.
Responsibilities Onboarding and partner fitness assessment checks.
Installer Information, support and continuous improvement.
In-life quality management and technical oversight.
Embedding SHEQ requirements in all aspects of AgilityEco's quality assurance framework and supporting partners to work in line with their obligations.
Accreditation, Scheme Provider and Trustmark relationships.
Being an advocate for quality within the business and with our partners, and engaging actively in work to raise the quality of outcomes delivered across the industry.
Ensure consistent and high quality operational delivery in line with specified performance measures, supporting the business to deliver for existing clients and secure further opportunities.
Continuously raise the bar on the levels of quality achieved for our funder clients and the households receiving assistance.
Improve the experience of our installer partners by providing great support, and challenge where needed.
Grow AgilityEco's reputation in the industry by engaging actively in debate and leading by example.
The Person:
Experienced leader with a strong background in the technical compliance in the home energy retrofit sector.
A true collaborator who can work across the AgilityEco business, share expertise and raise the bar by example.
Analytical approach to performance – able to use data to proactively identify and address issues.
Highly customer-focused.
Strong attention to detail and a reputation for delivering accurate and timely information.
