We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to contribute to the continued growth and success of our company in Galway. This role involves a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days spent in the office.
To be successful in this position, you will need a strong background in administration, finance, HR, IT, and business development. Experience working in similar roles, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Office Management & Administration:
o Manage email inboxes, organise meetings and events, and handle post and phone calls
o Maintain document filing systems and oversee office inventory
o Build relationships with local suppliers and resolve IT issues
* Finance:
o Manage company credit cards and personal expenses for colleagues
o Generate reports and assist with audits and VAT returns
o Monitor bank accounts and respond to client enquiries
* Business Development:
o Support marketing efforts by attending networking events and coordinating materials
o Foster business development activities to expand our Irish presence
* HR:
o Assist with recruitment, including job advertisements and interviews
o Manage HR records and onboarding for new hires
