We're seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales executives, driving performance to meet key targets and goals.
Your Role: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved.
Recruit and onboard new talent as needed.
Build a culture of teamwork and performance excellence.
Collaborate with clients to align strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Analyse data to identify opportunities and implement solutions to drive growth.
Provide hands-on support and adapt to evolving client needs.
Your Skills: 4+ years' experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
1+ years' experience in a leadership, coaching, or training role.
Proficiency with CRM systems and strong data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Fluency in English (additional languages like French, Italian, or Spanish are a bonus).
