This role requires strong managerial and organisational skills and a sharp focus on attention to detail. This role will have a broad remit and will involve developing close working relationships across all areas of the business.Your key responsibilities will be:Operations ManagementOversee the day-to-day running of the Bray warehouse including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.Coordinate and manage warehouse layout and design for optimal space efficiency.Hire, train, and supervise warehouse operatives, providing guidance and support to promote teamwork.Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.Foster a positive and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.Inventory ControlMonitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.Implement best practices for inventory management ensuring to minimise stock loss and wastage.Ensure FIFO rules are adhered to and escalate AGED stock concerns.Logistics CoordinationOrganising external haulage and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.Maintaining fleet of vehicles.Supporting drivers regarding RSA rules and regulations.Compliance and SafetyEnsure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the warehouse.Supervise and oversee health and safety training in line with HSA requirements.Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a culture of safety.Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents that arise in the warehouse.So, we’d like you to have:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong focus on processes, systems, and controls.Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and leadership skills.Goal orientation with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.Creative problem-solving ability.Excellent Microsoft Excel and IT skills.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Full B license (a C License an advantage but not essential).Valid forklift and PPT tickets.Fully fluent written and spoken English.What we can offer you:The role is office and warehouse based.Casual and friendly working environment.National Organic 160 Products Ltd is an equal opportunities employer who is passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
