Working hours - Saturday-Sunday 9am-5:30pm (16 Hours per week)
Salary: €12.82/hour plus Sunday premium of 25%
Job Description

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our team, supporting a financial client growing in the Irish market.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, multi-tasking skills, issue resolution abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and promptly.
* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding banking queries.
* Drive sales to meet targets.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and grow within the company.
* Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass relevant background checks.
Please note:
Candidates will undergo an 8-week training program, Monday to Friday (full-time), at the start of their employment.
