Front Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee and manage a reception/reservations, concierge team and everyday duties for a busy hotel reception and reservations department.
This role will ensure a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure and during their stay. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on own initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a reception/reservations team in a 4*/5* hotel environment
* Oversee everyday operations with front of house management and front office department
* Ensure a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure and during their stay
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as Front Office Manager essential for this role
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team
* Commercially and customer focused with absolute attention to detail
* Exceptional leadership, reception, communication, organisation and time management skills
* Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall hotel management team
* Proficient with Office Suite, Opera or Hotsoft, Hotel booking engines and CRMS
* Flexible to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
