The Bid Coordinator will work on a range of pre-qualifications and bids through all stages. The successful candidate will join the team based in Bray, Co Wicklow. As a team member, the successful candidate will prepare tender submissions to a continuously high standard to tight deadlines. The preferred candidate will work closely with senior executives, senior management, and technical experts across the business.

You will be:
1. Creating high-quality proposal documents including coordinating and writing content.
2. Editing technical copy to ensure persuasive and client-focused material.
3. Ensuring all proposals align with corporate brand guidelines and bid management standards.
4. Reviewing tender requirements and ensuring we answer the questions in a compelling way.
5. Integrating company values, vision, and culture.
6. Working with our technical experts to devise bespoke responses for tender requests.
7. Developing our database of case studies, templates, and CVs.
8. Building strong working relationships at all levels.
Responsible for identifying opportunities through the bid/no bid decision process, bid preparation, and submission in accordance with our internal procedures.
Preparing content for pre-qualification questionnaires, tender responses, and presentations including company and division-related content, references, and CVs.
Supporting the development of our information library by collecting project data and updating sector information, preparing and formatting high-quality bids, including graphics.
Following up on bid decisions and inputting data into the bid management platform, managing tender queries.
The role will require an enthusiastic and proactive individual. It will suit a person who is collaborative in nature and can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
1. Level 6 certificate or equivalent qualification in business or technical discipline (Desirable).
2. 3+ years professional experience, including previous experience and knowledge of preparing and coordinating bids and proposals in a suitable relevant industry (Essential).
3. Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook (Essential).
4. Proficiency in Canva / InDesign and Creative Cloud applications (Desirable).
5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative with a high level of attention to detail (Essential).
