Medical Device Sales Manager for UK and Ireland
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve budgeted sales & margins through careful business planning and execution.
* Develop and deliver a compelling ROI message on simulation in all customer interactions.
* Identify, develop, and ensure success in every sales opportunity.
* Connect with economic buyers to understand the value of our offering and secure funding.
* Collaborate with partners to drive sales volume through the channel.
* Capitalize on regional and global collaborations for the local market.
* Participate in local promotional events such as congresses, roadshows, and demonstrations with partners.
* Forecast sales and proactively address shortfalls through solution-oriented approaches.
Requirements:
* At least five years of documented successful sales experience in software or capital goods solutions.
* Ability to develop value propositions that resonate with customers.
* Desirable: medical/hospital sales experience and a history of calling on medical professionals and higher-level executives.
* Experience in identifying opportunities for solution selling and driving the sales process towards customer decisions.
