Job Description
Our client in the public sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join their team based in Kilkenny. This is a temporary position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.
About the Role
* Act as the first point of contact for the General Manager.
* Provide administrative support to key members of the team.
* Manage diaries and take minutes at board meetings.
* Create and draft meeting agendas.
* Handle calls and communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
* Organize internal and external meetings.
* Manage all correspondence.
* Prepare presentation slides and materials using PowerPoint.
* Assist with the coordination and management of special projects.
* Perform various ad-hoc administration duties.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a Personal Assistant role.
* Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Able to adapt to changes in the working environment while working under tight deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
* Experience handling confidential information with high levels of integrity and discretion.
