Position Title: Night Project Worker

The Role: Night Project Worker
General Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a team to provide a safe and welcoming environment to residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors in busy emergency and temporary accommodation units.
2. Maintain a high quality, safe, and healthy living environment through adherence to safety and security protocols and ensuring the environment is maintained to a high standard at all times.
3. Provide a wide range of supports, interventions, and supervision to residents.
4. Ensure all relevant paperwork and reports are completed and submitted as required to Project Leader & Deputy Project Leader.
5. Ensure the Pass system and Statistics are updated daily.
6. Ensure all significant events are recorded and the folder is up to date.
7. Must be eligible to work in the EU.
8. Minimum Level 6 (or working towards a level 6) on the National Framework of Qualifications in social care/addiction studies/health care/disability.
9. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a residential unit with individuals with complex needs.
10. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
11. Clearly demonstrated client focus.
12. Experience in working nights and/or shift work.
