Our technology client, in Dublin City Centre, have an exciting opportunity for a HR Analyst to join their team for a 12-month contract. Hybrid working available (3 days onsite). The successful candidates will support various projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth processes and efficiencies, and providing guidance on continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Partner with HR Shared Services team to ensure operational readiness for all operational processes, old and new.
2. Ensure all HR compliance obligations are met.
3. Offer solutions for continuous process improvement and efficiency that is user and employee friendly.
4. Understand various business requirements for processes and initiatives and cater/deliver solutions.
5. Ensure clear SLA in line with team expectations.
6. Analyse data trends & develop action plans.
7. Track and perform analysis of service delivery reports.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, working in shared services and/or HR Operations.
3. Strong knowledge of local HR practices, processes and programs.
4. Previous experience with Workday or a HRIS preferred.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel.
6. Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and business intelligence tactics; and lean process improvement strategies.
