Job Title: Contract Manager – Technical & Deployment Services
We are currently seeking a Contract Manager for our Technical and Deployment Services Contract in the UK and ROI. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop this role to fit the ambitious growth plans of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Owner of contract and its respective team performance(s).
2. Own and deal with all aspects of contract performance, ensuring that SLAs are adhered to and client commitments are met from a programme, technical, safety and quality perspective.
3. Primary point of contact for any client escalations.
4. Work with the contract delivery team, direct labour technicians and engineers, sub-contractors, and other internal teams to ensure all works, schedules and key deliverables are programmed efficiently, compliant and in line with overall Entegro & client delivery requirements.
5. Ensure all work is issued, pre-planned, delivered and closed out in line with our internal policies and regulatory requirements.
6. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure all personnel are adequately trained and qualified.
7. Ensure your team tracks outputs, KPIs, risks and ensures accurate reporting.
8. Work with the contract delivery team and Commercial Team to ensure that measures and costs are captured against work packages.
9. Ensure quality of work and close out of jobs is to a standard that aligns with a standard BAU life cycle.
10. Work with internal teams on reviewing and responding to bids.
11. Ensure adequate PO cover is forecasted, requested to the client, and tracked.
12. Source and onboard new Direct Labour Resource and sub-contractors as needed.
13. Ensure all workflow tools are set up correctly to monitor field performance.
14. Manage own team's performance and work closely with them to ensure efficiency.
15. Provide effective and continuous Risk assessment of client contract delivery.
16. Work with own team and Stores Team to ensure stores management system is efficient.
17. Achieve operational excellence and drive process improvement for all contracts.
18. Responsibility for Monthly and weekly reporting for Management Review.
Skills Required:
Key skills and experience:
Essential:
1. 5+ years in a Technical Services or Deployment Services Role.
2. Strong Technical knowledge in Fibre, Optical Systems and Telecoms Network Engineering Solutions.
3. Previous experience of managing internal teams and sub-contractors.
4. Proven ability to hold full project control, governance and performance accountability.
5. Flexible and adaptable to work challenges and open to learn and develop skills.
6. Ability to multi-task and work to a high standard consistently.
7. Strong Commercial acumen.
8. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
9. A high standard of written and spoken English.
10. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
11. Willingness to travel as required.
12. Full drivers' licence.
13. Proficient in Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
