Grade IV Human Resources Full Time (35hrs) Specified Purpose - Career Break Saint John of God Community Services, Dublin South East are now inviting applications for the post of Grade IV Human Resources.

You will need the skills and experience to carry out workforce planning, sourcing talent, the full recruitment process and the standard HR Admin Processes.
Minimum Requirements A strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law, practices and their application advantageous Capacity to provide advice and guidance on HR best practice linked to work force planning Experience in recruitment The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Experience in being a team player Experience in HR projects and problem solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent IT skills to support HR practices, including all aspects of Microsoft Office Experience with processing New Starters/Leavers Experience with the use of CORE HR advantageous Experience within the health or social care sector advantageous Minimum 1yr experience in a fast-paced HR environment with the ability to multitask advantageous Remuneration Salary Grade 0558 Grade IV (Clerical) on the Consolidated HSE
Pay Scale Salary Range:
€35,256 - €54,370 Location The location of this role is Dublin South East .
However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require.
You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
