Administrator (Service and Maintenance)

Overview of the Role:
We have a talented diverse team of approximately 200 people and are rapidly expanding our workforce to meet our ambitious growth plans. You'll be part of a hybrid team responsible for all administrative work within the Service and Maintenance department. This team consists of 10 Electrical and Mechanical Fitter Technicians, which you will support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Completion of Job Cost sheets for Veolia clients
Assisting with client billing
Sending out completed daily technician reports to clients
Coding time-sheets - supporting new electronic time-sheet solution
Coding of the service engineers report dockets / reports on Concept
Supporting technicians while on site with raising and allocating tasks
Updating P-card register (purchase Pipeline) - capturing relevant requisition numbers and Workday PO numbers on Concept (Internal Software)
Filing and copying of purchase orders in relevant files
Health & Safety - Tracking of certification of engineers equipment and H&S certificates
Virtually filing of any issued docket and invoicing
Generating service/calibration certs for works done for relevant clients
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Desired but not essential formal qualification in Administration or relevant experience;
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
* Document Control Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
* Working in a technical environment
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to work to deadlines
