About the Quality Enablement Specialist Role:
MarketStar is seeking a B2B Sales Quality Enablement Specialist to support our Mailchimp sales program. This role will work closely with sales leadership to develop, implement, and improve quality assurance processes, procedures, and one-on-one coaching.
The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional who is passionate about sales effectiveness, coaching, and process optimization. They will be responsible for assessing sales conversation quality, providing actionable insights, and enhancing training materials to ensure consistent and high-performing sales execution.
Location: Hybrid – Dublin
What You’ll Do:
Sales Conversation Quality & Coaching
1. Conduct side-by-side and remote observations (minimum one per week per consultant) to evaluate sales conversations
2. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance consultant performance
3. Work with sales management to identify individual and team coaching needs
4. Assess consultant capability in executing MarketStar’s 4-Step Sales Process (Engage, Needs Analysis, Recommend/Demo, Close) against defined sales competencies
5. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and coach the SPICED Methodology to enhance sales effectiveness
Quality Monitoring & Reporting
1. Review sales consultant performance through monitoring calls and chat interactions using quality data management systems
2. Track and report quality metrics at both the individual and team levels
3. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for skill development
4. Provide required data to the Reporting Analyst to ensure accurate conversation quality reporting
Training & Enablement Support
1. Assist in the rollout of new training initiatives, ensuring proper coaching and skill assessments are completed
2. Conduct calibration sessions with senior leadership, team leads, and other managers to align on quality standards
3. Create and maintain standardized workflows and procedures, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
1. English language - C1 level and above
2. Spanish language - C1 level and above - Nice to have
3. B2B sales, digital advertising, or telesales experience required; Quality Assurance experience preferred
4. Strong knowledge of MarketStar’s 4-Step Sales Process (Engage, Needs Analysis, Recommend/Demo, Close)
5. Experience or willingness to learn and coach the SPICED Methodology
6. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.)
8. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others and drive performance
9. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
10. A skills assessment will be conducted as part of the interview process

The pay for this position is bas e salary per annum of € 45,000 with an additional variable bonus component of € 5,000.
