This role offers an outstanding opportunity to combine your analytical skills and planning and forecasting expertise to deliver meaningful insights, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the growth of a life and pensions provider.In this role, you will:Deliver timely and accurate weekly sales reporting, working with Distribution and IT teams.Provide insights on business performance to Management and Board.Lead annual planning and regular forecasting of APE with detailed review of Actuals vs. Budgets.Provide internal and external market share and sales data insights.Prepare quarterly commission calculations for Distribution staff.Drive process automation and continuous improvement.What will make you stand out?You are an experienced business partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of delivering results.
