About The Role
We are recruiting for a Private Clients Consultant to meet, listen and help clients understand and reach their goals. Be a trusted adviser to full financial planning clients and clients who want an initial primary advice service.
Overview Of Duties
1. Have a solid understanding of pensions and wealth management and apply this knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Be a trusted adviser to our clients.
3. Recommend and provide solutions to meet client's needs while also developing lasting relationships.
4. Undertaking a full review of the client's financial needs and goals.
5. Producing a comprehensive report detailing relevant fact-finding information and recommendation based on clients’ goals.
6. Clear and concise file notes and hand over to the Private Client Account management team who will bring policies through pipeline.
7. Work alongside the sales and marketing team to deliver effective and engaging marketing activities/communications for clients.
8. Deliver Financial Wellness seminars to employees of our corporate partners.
9. Manage internal and external relationships to drive referral network.
10. Build relationships and awareness of Financial Planning within NFP.
11. Required to meet conversion and new business targets.
Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and self-motivated.
2. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage time and to manage projects of various sizes successfully.
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team, and to manage key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
Education And Experience
1. Background in financial advice - QFA essential.
2. CFP desirable or commitment to complete CFP imminently.
