Job Purpose
Our Activities Co-Ordinator’s play a vital role in our Residents lives. We require a Dynamic person who has the ability to develop and organise a range of events activities for our Residents.
About The Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead engaging activities designed to maintain and improve residents' physical and mental health, including mobility, strength, mental acuity, and social skills.
2. Manage a diverse program of activities, fostering social interaction, creative expression, and continuous learning.
3. Focus on enhancing resident autonomy, confidence, and self-esteem through structured choice and skill recognition.
4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and report on resident engagement and progress. Manage photographic documentation and consent forms for activities.
5. Provide essential support to reduce stress and boredom, creating a tranquil and stimulating environment.
