Area Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales in the assigned region.
* Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to customers' specific lubricant needs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
* Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the lubricant or related industries (e.g., agriculture, transport, or industrial sectors).
* Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Results-oriented with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
* Full, clean driving license.
Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Estimated salary range based on job title, description, and location.
