About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Website Executive to join the digital team within the marketing department in Davy on a 12 month fixed term contract. In the role the successful candidate will:
* Be responsible for helping to manage our company websites using analytical data and user experience best practices, including performing quality assurance work on the content;
* Work with our marketing team to provide guidance and support on campaigns and new pages on the website;
* Manage stakeholders and external agencies in areas such as new website content, SEO, GDPR and accessibility;
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the company websites;
* Ensure the website content is up to date, accurate and engaging;
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to enhance website functionality and aesthetics;
* Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings;
* Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement;
* Train internal stakeholders to use the CMS;
* Work with the marketing team on optimising campaigns.
* Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies on design, SEO and cookie management work;
* Work with internal stakeholders on creating new website content using SEO and UX best practices;
* Use conversion optimisation skills to Increase conversion rates of lead capture pages;
* Work with the digital team on identifying and resolving accessibility issues across our company websites;
* Understand and ensure we are compliant with our GDPR and ePrivacy responsibilities on our company websites;
Requirements
About you
We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
* Flexible, creative, enthusiastic to learn new skills and bring new ideas – team player.
* Graduate calibre, preferably within the areas of Website Design, UX, or Digital Marketing
* A good level of digital skills, including Google analytics, tag manager and SEO optimisation;
* Website design, development and conversion optimisation skills;
* A high level of proficiency in MS office Suite;
* Highly organised individual who can prioritise and manage tasks simultaneously;
* Excellent written English with an eye for detail;
* Ability to work on own initiative to meet specific deadlines;
* Ability to multitask;
* Excellent communications skills - client focus (internal & external).
