**Job Title:** Content Manager
**Summary (50 words):**
The role involves publishing and administration of content management systems, including page building, maintenance, and monitoring user access accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with content management systems, social media, and analytics.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Publish and administer content on the Assembly's main website and intranet.
2. Build and maintain micro-sites using Word Press.
3. Monitor mailboxes for web publishing and content creation requests.
4. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on content management systems.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory matters such as GDPR and accessibility.
6. Collaborate with Communications Officers to create and evaluate content.
7. Assist with video filming and editing.
8. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Manage information and records in accordance with established policies.
10. Carry out other duties as required.
**Person Specification:**
Applicants must have a primary degree (min 2.2 classification) or equivalent qualification and at least two years' experience in criteria such as working with content management systems, creating accessible content, and using social media management platforms.
Alternatively, applicants can have GCSE/GCE 'O' level passes at grades A* to C in four subjects including English language and four years' experience in the above criteria.
