Job Title: Litigation Legal Secretary
Location: Dublin City Centre
We are seeking two experienced Litigation Secretaries to join our Health Law and Litigation Practice.
About the Role
The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Litigation Secretarial work, be well organised, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital dictation and production of all documents, correspondence, pleadings, briefs, accurately and in a timely manner.
* Interact with solicitors on a proactive basis, communicating and working to resolve any issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
* Manage and organise solicitors' calendars promptly and efficiently.
* Support client relationships, including maintaining client contact details.
* File management, including accurate filing and safe handling of confidential data.
* Liaise with the legal cost team regarding invoicing etc.
* General administration as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' Litigation Secretarial experience.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, Case Management, Discovery Management, and other essential skills.
* Excellent typing skills, at least 65+ words per minute.
* Excellent administration skills and ability to prioritise work.
* Ability to work independently with excellent organisational skills.
* Professional manner and excellent communication skills (written and oral).
