Due to continued growth, our client now has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician to join their Quality team in North Dublin. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in quality assurance, a passion for food safety, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards. Working Days: 5 days over 7. Hours: 6:00-3pm. Excellent salary. 20 days Annual Leave. Please note it is a requirement to have a full valid driving licence & access to a car as the site is not accessible by public transport. Responsibilities: Ensuring all products are prepared, portioned, and packaged according to quality standards, food safety regulations, and legal requirements. Leading root cause analyses for non-conformance issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conducting tests on raw materials and finished products, performing quality control sampling, and ensuring product consistency. Overseeing factory cleaning and sanitation processes, performing environmental monitoring, and conducting internal audits. Maintaining proper temperature controls across production, storage, and transportation to ensure product quality. Ensuring adherence to SOPs and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements. Requirements: Expertise in sensory, microbiological, and chemical testing. Strong data analysis and trend interpretation abilities. Meticulous documentation and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with food production workflows and challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork, with the ability to train and support teams. A full valid driving licence & access to a car is a requirement for this role to access the site. Interested?
