The Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous reception/reservations experience, be self-motivated, friendly & outgoing, and display excellent customer service skills.
Main Duties
1. Efficiently check in and check out all our guests providing the best customer service possible and accuracy.
2. Greet all our guests in a friendly and polite manner, ensuring our guests' needs are met and anticipated.
3. Answer all incoming calls promptly and forward calls or messages to the intended person or guest.
