1. Strong emotional intelligence, in particular an ability to understand a person's needs and articulating solutions
2. Able to build rapport and comfortable developing client relationships via "face to face" interaction, over the phone, and virtually.
3. Excellent and friendly telephone manner with good active listening skills.
4. Excellent standards of written and verbal English.
5. Be self-disciplined, proactive and highly motivated with a hunger to succeed and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic fast-growing company.
6. Great attention to detail due to the sensitivity of the information and documentation.
7. Highly organised; can work calmly in a deadline driven environment.
8. Excellent general computer skills.
9. Integrity and confidentiality; Great interpersonal skills with outgoing, friendly personality
10. Team player with good general awareness.
