This is a full-time on-site role located across Ireland for chefs and other hospitality professionals. The professionals will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, creating menus, and monitoring stock levels. Daily tasks will include collaborating with kitchen staff, ensuring that dishes are prepared and plated to the highest standards, and managing kitchen operations efficiently.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
* Menu creation and stock management skills
* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is beneficial
