In the role of Senior Cloud Consultant, you will be tasked with designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based systems and services for our clients, ensuring they meet business objectives and adhere to best practices.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, across various cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, M365 and VMware)
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints, providing strategic cloud adoption and migration advice
Develop and document cloud architecture frameworks and best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Conduct cloud readiness assessments and design tailored cloud migration strategies
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and other team members
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance
Help pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. VMware VCP/VCAP/VCDX, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT
Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
