This very popular four star hotel is currently recruiting a Reception Manager to oversee the management of the Front Office team and ensure a second-to-none guest experience. The role is responsible for all reception duties, maintaining top standards of guest service and offering a genuine, warm welcome at all times to each guest.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and motivate the Front Office team
* Guest check in and out
* Ensure comprehensive staff training as per company policy
* Assist with recruitment & selection process
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least two years’ experience as Reception / Front Office Manager in a similar 4*/ 5* property
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to cope well under pressure
* Flexible, adaptable and approachable
* Able to lead by example
* Good command of English Language, written and verbal
