Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HRIS Analyst for a Global leading organisation in Dublin City Centre. The candidate must have 2 years in a HR Analytical role and have excellent experience running reports and working with SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of HR Information Systems, completing monthly audits and analysis of the systems
2. Troubleshoot and analyze issues to determine resolution with support from our vendor
3. Run and circulate monthly reports to the business from Peopledoc and Success Factors where required
4. Compile monthly HR KPI’s for Executive team
5. Participate in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes as needed
6. Administer Annual Pay and Performance review processes
7. Contribute to the People Services team, displaying a strong ability to problem solve and train/coach team members on a variety of associated lifecycle data management transactions and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1. Human Resources / Business Qualification: 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience
2. Previous experience working with Success Factors HRIS
3. Excellent customer service, time management and communication skills
