The Wealth Management team develop insightful thought leadership content and will lead and refine the capability of the wealth management advisory team.This role will be based in our Dublin office.Role:The Head of Private Clients is a key role within the Wealth Management Business and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. As a senior leadership position the successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Wealth Management Senior Leadership Team to oversee the effective business strategy for Unio Wealth. He/she will lead, develop and manage the Wealth Management Advisory Team including Heads of Segments, private client advisors as well as certain technical specialists to bring about performance improvement in line with the requirements and objectives of the business, and in support of the development of a highly customer-focused operation. The incumbent will play a significant role in developing the customer value proposition and unique market positioning for Unio, ensuring its implementation across various market segments to both existing and prospective clients. They will critically appraise, refine and enhance our client advice and customer journey and ensure consistency of this advice to all clientele They will deliver on qualitative targets across the division while supporting the Chief Commercial Officer to ensure sales targets are met.He/she will continually monitor and lead the enhancement of business processes across the Private Client Team to generate greater levels of productivity, lower unit costs and a higher quality of output whilst ensuring industry best practices are adhered.The role holder will work with the human resources function regarding L&D and adviser competence enhancement and training needs for WM division. He/she will contribute fully to Wealth Management Executive Management Team including regular presentations at Corporate Executive level.
