Responsibilities
* Data entry and bookkeeping for a client portfolio on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.
* Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
* Weekly/monthly payroll management for multiple clients.
* Assisting with company secretarial services.
* Addressing client queries and liaising with relevant authorities.
* Maintaining organized records and documentation.
* Handling client communications, correspondence, and archiving tasks.
* Supporting ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience
* 1-3 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
* A business-related degree or Accounting Technician qualification is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Familiarity with accounts preparation, payroll, VAT, and bookkeeping is a plus or willingness to learn.
