Responsibilities
1. Data entry and bookkeeping for a client portfolio on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.
2. Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
3. Weekly/monthly payroll management for multiple clients.
4. Assisting with company secretarial services.
5. Addressing client queries and liaising with relevant authorities.
6. Maintaining organized records and documentation.
7. Handling client communications, correspondence, and archiving tasks.
8. Supporting ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience
1. 1–3 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
2. A business-related degree or Accounting Technician qualification is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
4. Familiarity with accounts preparation, payroll, VAT, and bookkeeping is a plus or willingness to learn.
