My client, a public sector body, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Consumer Enforcement Executive to support the team with investigative and enforcement tasks related to consumer protection legislation. This is an admin-heavy role with a strong focus on data management, report drafting, and compliance oversight. The position offers a temporary contract until June 2025.
Location: Dublin 1. (3 days onsite, Monday and Tuesday, 2 days remote)
Working Hours: 09:00- 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and Preparing Reports: Produce high-quality, detailed reports, including recommendations for actions, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
2. Investigative Support: Assist in the investigation and enforcement of consumer protection legislation, focusing on gathering, compiling, and reviewing large data sets.
3. Administrative Excellence: Manage essential administrative tasks such as record-keeping, updating divisional reports, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for compliance purposes.
4. Technical and Legislative Knowledge: Build and maintain a strong understanding of relevant consumer protection legislation and technical aspects of the role.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive and positive working relationships.
6. Team Contribution: Support the team in achieving strategic goals, demonstrating flexibility, and taking on additional administrative tasks as needed.
Essential:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in administrative or data-driven environments.
2. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all reports and data management.
3. Proven administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced setting.
4. Strong ICT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
6. Team player with the ability to work effectively in collaborative settings.
This role requires a candidate who thrives in a structured, admin-heavy environment, with a strong ability to manage data, investigate issues, and draft comprehensive reports.
