Job Purpose and Summary
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices: Perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring all devices run smoothly.
* Stay up-to-date on software updates and technical bulletins, keeping devices at peak performance.
* Calibrate and profile printers for colour accuracy, optimizing output quality.
Expert Technical Support:
* Support the team by taking ownership of technical problems and escalations.
* Act as liaison between technical specialists and local service team.
* Assist service manager in overseeing hardware/software upgrades and complex technical issues.
Proactive Customer Engagement:
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and offering proactive support.
* Provide training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and advanced applications.
Requirements:
* Experience & Technical Skills: 3+ years of sector experience, servicing Toner, Inkjet, or Wide Format production printers, or other related experience.
* Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, fault-finding, and device management.
