The role
Due to continued growth, PE Global are now looking to hire an Accounts Administration to join our internal Finance team based in Little Island, Cork. This is a permanent role reporting to the Associate Director, Finance.
Responsibilities
1. This is a busy role with high volume timesheet and sales invoice processing for the UK pharma and healthcare sectors including the NHS.
2. Weekly processing of timesheets and expense claims for our Pharma division.
3. Weekly sales invoicing via direct billing, self-billing and eBilling to portals for both Pharma and Healthcare divisions.
4. Processing of weekly payment (EFT) payment files.
5. Dealing with queries from both candidates and clients in a timely manner.
6. Assist with month end process including prepayments, accruals and reporting.
7. Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years previous accounts experience within a professional environment.
2. Must be proficient in Excel, intermediate/advance skills a significant advantage.
3. Must have previous experience with high-volume timesheet and invoice processing including self-billing.
4. Previous experience with online portals and systems desired.
5. Bright, hard-working and takes pride in their work.
6. Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Working to strict deadlines.
