Job Title: Project Administrator
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support our project management team in managing and planning construction and repair works throughout Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for multiple projects, including data entry and ensuring accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
* Process incoming calls and emails, addressing customer queries or directing them as appropriate.
* Serve as a liaison between the project management team, customers, loss adjusters, surveyors, engineers, and trades through clear communication and timely updates.
* Maintain smooth communication between all parties to achieve speedy resolution of any issues or discrepancies.
* Schedule surveys, inspections, work start dates, and other tasks in liaison with project managers and update client databases with accurate records of all transactions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Confidence in dealing with subcontractors, trades, and customers.
* Calmness and ability to maintain priorities under pressure.
* Organisation and ability to undertake logical planning.
* IT proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing.
