Responsibilities
* Negotiate terms and conditions of new leases with landowners in the German market for the Telecommunication Industry
* Forecast, monitor, and analyze results within assigned portfolios to maximize revenue growth and profitability
* Manage existing leasing contracts
* Make outbound and inbound calls
* Rename and renew existing antenna contracts
* Prepare contract content
* Quality check contracts

Requirements
* Fluency in German
* Enthusiasm and desire to learn
* Sales and negotiation experience preferred
* Able to work independently while being a team player
