Job Title: Visiting Tenancy Sustainment Support Worker
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client, a non-profit organisation based in Dublin, Ireland, provides services for people who are homeless and at risk of homelessness.
The purpose of this role is to provide visiting support to households, enabling a sustainable exit from homelessness and helping them settle into their homes and communities.
About the Role:
* Work within the framework of the overall objectives of the organisation
* Ensure adherence to Dublin City Council Generic Housing and Health and Safety Policies
* Engage customers effectively in keeping with the covenants and responsibilities set out in Dublin City Council Tenancy Agreements, Policies and Systems
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the formulation of customer's needs assessment and support plan
* Provide one-to-one engagement to ensure that the Customer is supported in making informed decisions relevant to the challenges they face
* Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency service
* Develop and maintain links with external professionals and services
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience working with families and individuals experiencing homelessness
* BA in Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Experience of lone working in a social care setting
* Computer Literacy and report writing skills
What You Will Get:
* Competitive salary: €35,000 - €40,000 per annum
