Key Responsibilities
* Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis on data using techniques like regression, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
* Data Visualization: Create compelling visual representations of data using charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
* Report Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports that summarize key findings and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
* Data Integrity: Create, maintain, and optimize datasets to ensure data integrity and efficient access.
Requirements
* Data Visualization Tools: Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
* Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Statistical Knowledge: Statistical knowledge and ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication of technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
* Analytics Experience: 5+ years working in an Analytics team, preferably in a technology company or consulting firm.
* Presentation Skills: 5+ years experience delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
Preferred Qualifications
* Quantitative Degree: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, analytics, statistics, or economics.
* Program Management: Experience in program and stakeholder management in a cross-functional and cross geographical capacity.
