Store Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Rituals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our shop's success and fostering a positive team spirit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire team members to achieve top-line sales.
* Work closely with your Area Manager to implement local business strategies and drive performance targets.
* Lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Define daily objectives and actions to drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Develop monthly plans based on productivity targets and ensure excellent store administration.
* Manage inventory and day-to-day operations while driving employee wellbeing and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
* Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
* Strong people management skills, including communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration.
* Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
* Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
