Key Requirements:
* Ability to work across all sections of personal lines, including Renewals, Processing midterm adjustments, and after-sales customer enquiries.
* Building rapport with customers and retaining existing business.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on systems.
* Efficiently handling all customer requests.
* Providing exceptional customer service.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
* Hold the APA Insurance qualification (insurance) or be working towards the CIP designation.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Adaptability and proficiency in working within a fast-paced environment.
* Clear and effective communication and negotiation skills.
