Your new company
As Business Development Representative, you will join a leading renewable energy specialist based in Dublin 8. Due to rapid growth, your new company is seeking a Business Development Rep to support the sales of solar PV solutions to the companies’ clients. While your new office is in Dublin 8, accessible via public transport, you will be given a high degree of flexible working with a hybrid model. This role is a full-time, permanent contract.
Your new role
As SME Business Development Rep, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting a high-volume prospecting for qualified leads
2. Work closely and collaboratively with other members of the sales & marketing team to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
3. Schedule site investigations for an assigned Salesperson
4. Conduct needs-assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a Business Development role, preferably within the energy industry. You will have a passion for sales and growth, alongside strong organisational skills. You will be goal-orientated and hard-working and-in addition, have great resilience and excellent objection management.With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
