Quality Assurance Manager Role
This is a 5-day per week office-based position, based in our Dundalk office, and is ineligible for remote working.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance processes are in place and continuously improving them. This involves solving quality problems, recommending corrective actions, and managing direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quality assessments, reports, and metrics to inform go/no-go decisions based on test progress and defect status
• Present test improvements and developments in meetings
• Act as the main liaison between the team and the rest of the internal and external organization
• Lead the execution of planned test cases, ensuring accurate recording of results against the system
• Develop detailed work plans for engagements, track status, and produce high-quality deliverables for clients
• Coordinate all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
• Manage Test, Test Tools Development, and configuration management activities
• Possess capabilities as a Test Manager
• Manage team efficiently
• Provide QA guidance aligned with Kaseya's goals
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and tools by learning new skills
Required Skills:
• Extensive experience in Software Testing and Project Management
• Experience with Test Automation, Performance Testing & Functional Testing
• Knowledge of API, Web, Salesforce testing, and automation framework building
• Experience in Building Test Script, CI/CD, and database testing
• Advanced analytical skills, broad knowledge of project life cycle, and proficiency in QA methodologies
• Cloud technology knowledge and technical problem-solving skills
• Advanced programming skills and expertise in setting up QA best practices
Education/Technology:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences & Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering field
