Project Manager (Construction)
Role Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to deliver large and complex construction projects. The successful candidate will have several years of site/project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
About the Role
This is a critical role integrated into our group's planned growth trajectory and succession strategy at senior management level. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who can take ownership of project delivery and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these targets.
* Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
* Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, and communicate project progress and status.
Requirements
* Several years of site/project management experience, with a minimum of three years at Project Manager level.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and financials.
* Effective leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
* Suitable for existing Senior Engineer/Site Manager seeking a move with a large organisation eager for progression.
* Also suitable for a candidate returning home from UK or overseas.
