Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Planner, your key responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities from existing client portfolios and customer enquiries.
* Offering professional and compliant advice tailored to clients' needs and financial goals.
* Adhering to all prescribed procedures, industry regulations, and company standards.
* Maintaining and developing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborating with colleagues and management to meet agreed targets and objectives.
Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum qualification as a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).
* Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is desirable.
* Previous experience as a Financial Advisor within a financial services environment.
* Proven ability in financial advisory sales and customer service, utilizing phone, email, web meetings, and in-person interactions.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
Desirable Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong knowledge of life, pension, and investment products.
* Background in business and executive financial planning.
* Ability to manage customer enquiries effectively using a CRM system.
* A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Requirements
You will need:
* QFA certification is mandatory.
* Further certifications in financial planning or wealth management are advantageous.
