IKEA Dublin are looking to welcome Customer Services and Checkout Assistants.
You get to be the friendly face that ensures customers leave happy and also collaborate closely with your colleagues to manage busy periods, solve customer issues, and maintain a smooth workflow, making teamwork an essential and rewarding part of your daily routine.
WHAT WE OFFER
* The planned start date of employment will be 6th January 2025.
* Competitive hourly rate of €15.25 per hour.
* From 12 to 20 hour contracts including 3 out of 4 weekends per month.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* You prefer to take initiative, are adept at juggling several responsibilities at once, and value teamwork while also being able to complete assignments without direct supervision.
* You have a customer-first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
* You are computer literate and able to work with technology.
* The confidence to maintain composure and patience when dealing with a variety of customers and complex complaints.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* You will use your knowledge, resilience, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints, dealing positively and quickly with any issues raised.
* You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately.
* You aim to create a positive experience for our customers by ensuring that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate, and friendly way so that they will want to return and shop with us again and again.
