We're on the hunt for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join their Dublin-based team.
You'll play a key part in keeping their supply chain running smoothly across the UK and Ireland.
This is a detail-focused position where you'll help manage orders, supplier relationships (especially in Asia), and coordinate with logistics partners to make sure products arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Place purchase orders, get quotes, and follow up on deliveries.
Liaise with suppliers (mainly in Asia) to confirm orders and update delivery timelines.
Work closely with internal departments - sales, engineering, and finance - to align purchasing with business needs.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and product quality.
Handle admin tasks: keep accurate records of purchases, inventory, and shipments.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
Help resolve issues like delays, damaged goods, or missing items.
The Ideal Candidate: 1-3 years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain Experience dealing with Far East/Asian suppliers (essential); EU experience is a plus.
Experience in industrial electrical distribution, components, or similar industries is highly desirable.
