Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in CityWest Dublin 24. As a Telesales Executive with Shop Equipment Limited, you will be the public face of the company as we deliver our innovative and design-led solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customers over the phone and in our showroom.
* Providing support and backup to the sales team.
* Liaising with other internal departments including Sales, Operations, Warehousing, and Logistics.
* Making outbound calls to new and existing customers.
* Consistently generating new leads through telesales.
* Building lasting customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities for new and existing customers.
* Investigating and solving queries.
* Maintaining and updating the customer database.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of administration experience in a similar role.
* Excellent administration and communication skills.
* Must demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel to an advanced level and be able to manipulate reports.
* Strong customer focus.
* Experience with SAP system is an advantage.
* Must have the ambition to learn and develop within the role as required.
* Team player who is flexible and has a 'willing to help' attitude.
* Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English.
