Key Responsibilities
* Open and close the store securely
* Oversee the store during opening and closing times
* Support and supervise team members in providing excellent customer service
* Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management and merchandising
* Manage cash operations, including till handling and banking
* Ensure adherence to health, safety and security policies
* Assist in training and developing new team members
* Support the Management team with daily operational tasks
Requirements
* Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or Keyholder role
* Strong reliability, trustworthiness and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain attention to detail and store presentation
* Comfortable handling cash and ensuring security procedures
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
