About Your New Job
In this field-based Key Account Management role, you will play a vital part in driving growth within the sales team, fostering strong relationships within your assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategies to grow customer accounts and expand your territory, aligning with the overall sales vision.
Proactively identify new prospects and expand opportunities with existing clients.
Systematically prepare and engage key stakeholders, building lasting relationships to drive business to closure in your assigned area.
Manage customer relationships at all levels, ensuring smooth order execution and delivery.
Regularly visit customers to strengthen strategic partnerships and uncover new business opportunities.
You will work remotely, travel as needed, up to 40% of the time, including occasional weekends.
What Skills You Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience within the Life Sciences sector.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Demonstrated ability to identify, drive, and close sales using a consultative, technical, and tactical approach.
* Solid sales, presentation, and business acumen.
* Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships, fostering credibility and trust with both internal teams and customers.
* Effective at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet goals and deliver sustainable results.
Whats on Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
* A salary range of €80,000-€110,000.
* Up to 30k annual bonus.
* Remote work available within Ireland.
